After any test in life I’ve often looked back and wondered what if I had given a little more effort? Sadly we can’t go back and encourage ourselves to give it our all, to not hold back at all. As they say hindsight is 20/20, but you cannot live life this way. If you continue to look back and ask those questions you will never be able to look forward. One of my favorite illustrations to use is, your windshield is bigger than your rear view mirror because what is in front of you is more important than what is behind.
So today instead of looking back with regret and questions look ahead to what the Lord has in store for you. Give it all that you’ve got today and don’t hold anything back so you will not look back and ask, did I give it my all?
